Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete your data from Repurpose Tool, including data obtained from connected platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.

You are in control of your data. You can remove it yourself at any time, or ask us to delete it for you.

Delete it yourself

• Disconnect a platform. Go to Connected accounts and disconnect any platform. This revokes and deletes the access tokens and account identifiers we stored for it.
• Delete generated content. Remove clips and projects from within the app.

Request full deletion

To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us at support@repurposetool.comfrom the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my data." We will:

• Verify the request is from you.
• Delete your account, connected-account tokens, uploaded and generated content, and usage records.
• Complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email. Some records may be retained only where required by law (for example, billing records).

Data from Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads)

If you connected a Meta platform, disconnecting it in Connected accounts removes the tokens and identifiers we received from Meta. You can also remove Repurpose Toolfrom your Facebook settings under Business Integrations. For a full data deletion, use the email process above.
