Questions
- What counts as a credit?
- One credit is one minute of source video processed. A 40-minute podcast costs 40 credits, however many clips come out of it. Credits reset every month and top-up packs never expire.
- Do I need to edit anything myself?
- No — clips come back finished, with captions and reframing already applied. If you want to change something, the editor lets you trim the cut, swap the caption template, and rewrite the title before you post.
- Which accounts can I publish to?
- You can connect YouTube and LinkedIn for direct publishing today, and pull source videos from YouTube, Twitch, and Kick. Additional platforms are being added as their APIs are approved.
- What happens to my videos?
- Your uploads and finished clips are stored only so you can access them, and are deleted automatically after your plan's retention window. We never sell your content or your data — see our Privacy Policy for the details.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
